| Under The direction of the Service
Manager, applicants must be able to conduct and or comply with the
following: Service Writer will be the first contact for Service customers, via telephone or in person. Therefore; Maxey’s Service Writer must be able to effectively communicate between the customer and the Service Department Team. In addition, the Service Writer will be the liaison between the Parts Department and the Service Department Teams. This will include strong interaction between customers, service technicians, and the parts department team, with the willingness to assist in any means necessary. Service Writers must have some computer proficiency with the internet and basic Microsoft applications. Also must be strong in personal outward appearance and have the ability to keep work area neat and organized. A Service Writer for Maxey’s will conduct work standard checks, evaluate overall job completion and ensure all is done in a timely manor. There may be some handling of warranty and insurance claims. Strong retail sales experience, strong working knowledge preferably in the motorcycle industry and a motorcycle endorsement from Oklahoma is a plus. Lastly, good work ethic and desire to be an integral part of a TEAM STRUCTURED Department is highly desirable. |
