"I got your number off the sticker of a Yamaha I was wanting to trade for at a Harley dealer we have been customers of for years. Thank goodness I called and talked to Jason before I traded. I almost paid full price for a bike with no warranty where Maxeys had the same bike brand new with warranty. I went the next day and got more for my trade and a bike three years newer for $400. Everyone was so helpful and professional. From the salesman (Jason) to the finance and service department. Jason even stopped by my house on the way home that evening because we called and needed a little more instruction on some features. "I first discovered Maxey's in the early 1980s and am still doing business with them. I have always had positive experiences there but a recent visit was made extra special. I had just picked up my VT1100 from the service department and while loading the bike a trailer ramp slipped out from under the bike leaving me unexpectedly (and embarrassingly) with my bike sitting half-on/half-off my trailer. Mr. Maxey himself came out immediately to help set it properly on the trailer. That is the kind of customer service that is almost gone from businesses today. Thanks again for showing true concern for your' customers! "
