Plan Your Destination

While your UTV is up for the challenge, when it’s you against nature for a few days, it’s important to plan ahead. Therefore, before leaving your house, do some research on the camping spot you want to visit. 

Make sure you answer the following questions:

  • How far away is it?
  • Are UTVs permitted on the site?
  • Is overnight camping allowed?
  • What kind of terrain is on the route?
  • What is the weather forecast?
  • Is there telephone service in the area?

You don’t want to be surprised when reaching your destination that the trails are for bicycles and hikers only. And even if it’s open for UTVs, some terrain could be more technical than what you expect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Pack Smart
